NEHA / BTA / GO GOLD RACE
Gator Families,
Are you missing summer league? Attached is information about joining Northeast Houston Aquatics and Evaluation Day information for Blue Tide Aquatics. If you keep your Gator in the water all year, their skills, technique and endurance will all improve.
Additionally, Addi’s Faith Foundation and Kingwood High School Triathlon Club are teaming up to put on the first-ever race with a multisport event in Addi’s Faith history. These swimming and running events will raise awareness and money for Addi’s Faith, all while strengthening the community bonds of Kingwood. Addi’s Faith is a non-profit organization aimed at combating pediatric cancer and providing aid to kids fighting cancer. The GO GOLD RACE is going to be held on Saturday, September 16 at the Elm Grove Community Pool. The Aquathon is a 150-yard swim followed by a 5K run immediately after. The Aquathon Race is open to ages 8 and up and will be a timed event. Finally, there will be a 1K Kids Race that allows participants to walk/run and is open to kids 12 & under. Unclaimed trophies, medals, ribbons, and pictures can be picked up at Becky Belcher's home, call 918-200-4879 ahead of stopping by, so she’ll have time to put your items in the bucket on her porch. Every swimmer gets a personalized trophy!
