Here are a few more reminders as we get our week started!

Time Trials Make-Ups: If your swimmer did not attend time trials on Saturday or did not complete all of their events, they will need to attend practice today or Tuesday. They do not necessarily have to go at their assigned practice time as we will have volunteers getting times throughout all practices.

Swimmer RSVP: Make sure you declare your swimmer as attending or not attending for our first meet against the EMC Eels this weekend! You must declare by Tuesday at 8:00pm. It is very important that swimmers get declared for the meet on time as coaches need to do entries and plan for relays. You can include notes to the coaches about entries. The Gator coaches also now have an email if you need to reach out! [email protected]

Parking Raffle: If you completed a volunteer shift at Time Trials, you may enter the parking raffle for this week! Parking Raffle

Volunteering: Make sure you sign up for any available volunteer positions for our meet this weekend! At the meet Saturday, please make sure you check in with Jason Burnett by 7:30am. If you are scheduled for second shift and arriving later, let him know by checking in Friday by email. If you can no longer keep your commitment to a shift the day of the meet, or need to leave early, you are responsible for finding a replacement and communicating that with Jason.
