Morning practices start this week!

Swimmer RSVP: Make sure you declare your swimmer as attending or not attending for our meet against the Marlins this weekend! You must declare by Tuesday at 8:00pm. It is very important that swimmers get declared for the meet on time as coaches need to do entries and plan for relays. You can include notes to the coaches about entries. The Gator coaches also now have an email if you need to reach out! [email protected]

Volunteering: Make sure you sign up for any available volunteer positions for our meet this weekend! At the meet Saturday, please make sure you check in with Jason Burnett by 7:30am. If you are scheduled for second shift and arriving later, let him know by checking in Friday by email. If you can no longer keep your commitment to a shift the day of the meet, or need to leave early, you are responsible for finding a replacement and communicating that with Jason. You are invited to the Trailwood Gators Progressive Dinner June 4th 4:30pm - Gator, Graze & Go! It is time to reflect and celebrate the 2026 Season and prepare for Divisionals!

Submit this Progressive Dinner 2026 to RSVP and sign up for items to contribute by June 1st.

For our littles 10 yr and younger the Coaches will be delivering these posters created at Progressive Dinner to the little homes the night before Divisionals. These will be taped to the garage doors (if you do not have a garage door best options will be chosen) Please use this link to sign up your little Poster Sign up. RSVP by 5/30

Friday, June 12th 8:30am at the pool

We will have a breakfast potluck! There's no practice, but lots of fun in the pool for all Gator swimmers AND their families. Have your Gators come hungry & bring a dish to share.

Gator Awards

Save the Date: June 15, 2025 at Trailwood Pool

6:00–8:00 p.m.

Please join us for a fun evening to celebrate the season and our swimmers. We will recognize the accomplishments of our athletes (every swimmer gets recognized), present awards, enjoy good Tex-Mex food (chicken fajitas) and Pool Party.

This is a fully catered event, so the charge per person is $12. If you will be attending for awards only and will not be eating, then you are welcome to join at no charge. Please RSVP for all attendees and pay online for dinner tickets before 9 p.m. on Friday, June 8th.

Please bring a dessert to share for our annual dessert contest. It's a Gator tradition!

We will also have several raffle baskets and items available to win! To purchase raffle tickets, you can click here ($5/ticket).
