Gator Families,

We have a busy week ahead and we want to make sure everyone is informed so please read this email in its entirety!

DIVISIONALS:

Divisionals will take place on Saturday, June 13 at KHS. This is where each team we swam against this season (not including Fall Creek) all comes together!

• Swimmers must be declared by 10:00pm tonight (Monday)! Swimmers who are not declared will not be entered in the meet like they were in our dual meets.
• Coaches will determine the best events to enter swimmers in. Not all requests are guaranteed to be honored for this week.
• Swimmers can only enter events that they have had a “legal” time in from the season. Meaning, time trials times do not count and if a swimmer was DQed, a legal time was not obtained. For example, a 7-8 swimmer always swam free, back, and breast, but DQed in breast every time, they may only be entered in free and back.
• There are MANY volunteer positions open still! If your swimmer is attending divisionals, please plan to sign up for a shift.
• Circle In with coaches from 7:00-7:15, warm ups will be in lanes 5-8 from 7:20-7:45.
• More details about Saturday will be shared on Friday.

MAIN EVENT Wednesday, June 10 4:30-7:30:

Come join us at Main Event on Wednesday afternoon for some fun outside of the pool! This is a fundraising event for the team where Main Event will give a portion of proceeds back to the Gators. We will receive a percentage of any receipt we receive so look out for a Gator collecting receipts!

BREAKFAST OF CHOMPIONS Friday, June 12 8:30am at the pool:

We will have a breakfast potluck! There's no practice, but lots of fun in the pool for all Gator swimmers AND their families. Have your Gators come hungry & bring a dish to share.

END OF SEASON GATOR AWARDS Monday, June 15 6-8pm at the pool: 

Please join us for a fun evening to celebrate the season and our swimmers. We will recognize the accomplishments of our athletes (every swimmer gets recognized), present awards, enjoy good Tex-Mex food (chicken fajitas) and Pool Party.

This is a fully catered event, so the charge per person is $12. A meal ticket is not required to attend awards. Please RSVP for all attendees and pay online for dinner tickets before 9 p.m. on Friday, June 8th.

Please bring a dessert to share for our annual dessert contest. It's a Gator tradition!

We will also have several raffle baskets and items available to win! To purchase raffle tickets, you can click here ($5/ticket).

ALL-STARS & PONDEROSA INVITATIONAL ENTRIES due Saturday, June 7 at 10:00pm:

If your swimmer has qualified for All-Stars and/or Ponderosa, please declare them and pay entry fees by Saturday, June 7 at 10:00pm. Entry fees MUST be paid on time or your swimmer will not be entered. Entry fees can be made in the shop section of SwimTopia. More emails will be sent to those who qualified.

Relays will be made based on those attending each meet.
