Timeline is attached but is subject to change!! 

Klein Oak High School:  Setup in designated locations indoors and outdoors.  

**TVG Timing requirement: 

(1) Timer for each shift for Saturday and Sunday Prelim sessions. 

1st Shift:  9-11:30 am – Lane 6 – 1 timer

2nd Shift:  11:30 – End of Prelims – Lane 6 – 1 timer

 **If we do not receive enough volunteers will we need to assign timing shifts to families of swimmers entered.

Saturday:

• Arrive at Pool by 7:00 am
• Warm-Up at 7:20 – 7:40 (2nd Warm-up slot) – Lane 3

Sunday:

• Arrive at Pool by 7:00 am
• Warm-Up at 7:20 – 7:40 (2nd Warm-up slot) – Lane 6

Finals Saturday and Sunday:

• Finals Warm-ups begin at a min of 30 mins after Prelims
• Open Warmups 4:30 – 5:15 (Check with coaches on warm-up times)
• Timeline shows finals start at 5:30

Finals:  Consolation Heat (9th – 16th) and Championship Heat (1st – 8th)  - Plus two alternates

Any scratches from the consolation heat, championship heat plus two alternates must be made to the clerk of course within 30 minutes of announcement of posting of results.  If a swimmer does not show up to finals and did not scratch within allowed time the swimmer will be disqualified (scratched) from remainder of meet.
