Here's some information to help you prepare for tomorrow's Divisional meet. It's been a fun season, and we look forward to lots of great Gator swimming tomorrow!

Circle in by: 6:30 a.m.
Warm Ups: 6:45–7:05 a.m.
Lanes: 1, 2, 3, 4
Meet Begins: 8:30 a.m.

• There will not be heat sheets at this meet. Attached is the psyche sheet, but the meet will be reseeded once scratches are completed tomorrow morning. 
• Circle in by 6:30 a.m. If you are running late or won't make it for circle in, but your swimmer will be swimming, you must let the coaches know. Otherwise your swimmer will be scratched from the meet. 
• We are to enter Kingwood Park High School through the main entrance off of Woodland Hills Dr.
• Our set up area is in the cafeteria farthest from the stage. There are 4 teams setting up in the cafeteria, so please be courteous, share the space and observe the walkways. 
• Swimmers will be walking outside to get from the pre-ready bench to the ready bench. We encourage the use of sun screen. Also, swimmers will need flip flops. Parents of swimmers in 25 yard events may want to meet their swimmer at the ready bench to get their shoes before entering the natatorium. Swimmers in longer events can just leave their shoes on the pool deck while they swim. The ready bench is in a covered area. 
• Parents/observers will also walk outside to get to enter the natatorium.
• The natatorium will be very warm. 
• We will have a table marked with balloons in our set up area for handling the following business:
  • Circle in
  • Volunteer sign up
  • Allstar and Ponderosa entries
  • Banquet RSVP and payment
  • Photo pick up
• Divisional t-shirts will be for sale. A limited number were ordered, so buy early if you really want one.
