Hello Gator Families:

Our swimmers have an opportunity to have a day at Schlitterbahn on Wednesday, June 21.   All swim team members (including parents) will be able to enter the park early at 8:30 and enjoy two sections of the park until 10:30 before opening to the public.  Each person also gets in for a discounted price of $36.26 (including tax).  Two notes regarding this event:

• This is an optional event for all swim teams in the area and not a Trailwood Gator Swim Team sponsored event.  Trailwood Gator Swim Team will not be responsible for any injuries etc.  You will be responsible for transportation and the need's of your kids at the park.  Trailwood coaches cannot serve as chaperones or guardians of swimmers.  They certainly can hang out and play with them! ........... just can't be held responsible as Trailwood Gator coaches. 

• This is the same day as our Gators Banquet.  If you choose to go to both, make sure to be back in time to dress & attend at 6:30.  Park opens early so there would be plenty of time to have fun and a great excuse to get the kids out of the park!!

Lastly, all tickets have to be reserved as a single group purchase and must be reserved by this Thursday afternoon the 15th.  If you would like to attend, please RSVP as soon as possible on the events link on the Gators website.  Payment can be made by a check to:  Stephanie Cash, and no later than noon Thursday, June 15th.  There will be an envelope at swim practice for payment or you can drop at Stephanie's home, 2202 Woodford Green Drive.  Please note if payment is not received by noon on the 15th (even if you RSVP'd) a ticket will not be purchased for you.
