Parents:

You are getting this e-mail because your swimmer is a ponderosa only participant and we are in desperate need of timers.  Please, please help out.  We've got three 1 hour shifts left to fill tomorrow morning, one being 1st shift from 9-10 and also 11-noon and noon till end (apprx. 1:15).  On Sunday, we have two 1 hour shifts to fill.  If we do not fill these spots our team could be fined.

Troy and/or Sarah Stevens should be there and completely knows the drill, so by including them in this e-mail I am asking that they be the go-to person if anyone has any questions (thank you Sarah & Troy!!)

Even if you can't work the whole hour, maybe you can work it to split with someone else.  There will be other families there but only for relays and/or have other events/kids at All Stars, so they may be able to help for a short period of time.
