If you are receiving this e-mail it is because you have a swimmer in either All Stars or Ponderosa (or both for some families ) this coming weekend.

As Nicole stated in an earlier e-mail, we MUST provide timers for both events.  I have set up and attached a volunteer sheet to each event, PLEASE, PLEASE sign up for a timing shift.  I have broken it out into 1 hour shifts since we will have more swimmers than shifts and to try to make it as fair as possible to everyone.  We realize that it will be easier for some families more than others as some will be split between events and will be there as a single parent.  If you however have more than one adult with you, please be considerate of other parents there solo. 

Lastly, on the volunteer sign up, you will see a drop down box to select the day either Saturday or Sunday.  Please make note of the day as our requirements are different for each of the days.
