PLEASE READ ENTIRE EMAIL FOR INSTRUCTIONS

Hello Gator Families:

Divisionals is quickly approaching which means for one last time we need to show our Gator support and volunteer!  The volunteer sign up has been posted under events so please sign up for a session if your child will be swimming.  Most positions are like our dual meets however if you are unsure of what is expected, you can click on the "?" for a description and secondly, please be sure to hit the "save" button at the bottom of the sign up after entering your name and exiting the site page.

You will see that sessions are from event to event.  We have been told that it is the responsibility of the in-shift person not to leave until their replacement arrives.  Further it is the responsibility of the leaving-shift person to ensure that the new-shift person understands their duties.

If you have any questions or for any reason cannot fulfill your session after signing up, please let Stephanie Cash know immediately.
