A reminder to everyone that volunteer sign up is open for all meets at this time.  Please take note of the following:

• For our two away meets (Summerwood & Mill Branch), please only sign up for one of these meets at this time.  Everyone needs to work at least one away meet in order to avoid additional fee and we want to give everyone an opportunity to sign up.  The week of these meets, a note will go out if volunteers are still needed and at that time, you can sign up for multiple sessions.
• A reminder for home meets, you must work at least one session in order to avoid additional fee. 
• If you need to delete your sign up, please make sure when you delete your name "NEED VOLUNTEER" appears.  If it does not, please let me know immediately.
• The morning of the meets, please come sign in even if your shift is later in the morning/afternoon.  At home meets the list will be at the Board table close to the bathrooms.  At away meets, I will have the sign up at my tent.  I will try to have a "Volunteer sign up" sign for everyone to locate easily.  Please remember if you do not sign in, it could cause you not to receive credit for your session.
• Another reminder to all volunteering for Grill/Concessions/Food Prep sessions, hair must be pulled back and a hat worn while working.
• Lastly, if you need a description of the job, there is a "?" to the right you can click on.  If you need to edit/delete your name, there is a "pencil" icon to the left of your name you can click on.
