Hello Gator Families:

Time Trials is quickly approaching and volunteers are still needed!  Please remember if your child is swimming, you must work at least one session to avoid the additional fee of $250 as stated in registration.  We are no longer on a point/hours system.

We are now unlocking the one session per family limit in order to get these positions filled, if you'd like to help run our meet as quickly and smoothly as possible please feel free to sign up for additional sessions at this time.

A few tips just from questions I received:

• Volunteer sign up is found under the "Calendar" tab and then by specific meet date.  The "V" button will get you there.
• Once in volunteers, to the right of each position is a "?".  Click on this and it will give you a description of each position and what is required.
• If you need to change/delete  your session, you can place your cursor to the left of your name and a "pencil" will appear.  You can click on that for any changes/deletion.

Lastly, there are a few entries with just an email or phone number.  Please make sure your name is entered in your slot, this will really help us the morning of the meet.
