Hello Gator Families!

We are excited that Time Trials is quickly approaching and can't wait to see all our Gators in the pool!  As you know, in order for our meets to run as smoothly as possible, it takes volunteering from all our Gator families.  

A change for this year, is that if your child is swimming in a meet, you are required to work at least one session.  If you do not, the additional fee as stated when registering will apply.

We will be opening sign ups for Time Trials on Monday, May 2nd and ask that you only sign up for one position in order to give all families an opportunity.  On Thursday if positions are still open, we will then send an email asking you to sign up for an additional session.

On Monday, May 9th we will open sign ups for all dual meets.  You however will still only be able to sign up for one session per meet.  If there are still positions to be filled week before meet, we will send notice asking to work an additional session.  Please remember, parents run the meets and if we do not have enough volunteers, the meets will not run as efficiently and quickly as they should.

In respect to Away Meets (2 this year), there are not as many positions available so please sign up for only one of these meets, again in order to give all families an opportunity to work at least one away meet.
