Attached are the Psych sheet and events by swimmer information for tomorrow's meet against Summerwood. Relays are subject to change.

Summerwood will be selling heat sheets tomorrow so you can check lanes and heat information. Parents can also find the events their swimmer is in on the team…

Please bring a plastic grocery bag to the pep rally to put your swimmer's tie-dyed shirt in to get it home. If you have extra bags, please bring some to share. Thanks!

It's time to get PEPPY! Our first pep rally of the season is today at 6:30 p.m. Come out and get ready to CHOMP the Summerwood Stingrays. Don't forget to bring a pre-washed white t-shirt to tie dye and an empty water bottle for making a noise maker.
